Who are We?
Behavioral Management, LLC provides therapeutic and relief services to people with intellectual, behavioral, and emotional disorders. We offer a strength-based proactive approach developed by the founder, Neil Quatrano. Neil has combined many years of experience with his training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Nurtured Heart Approach.
He has formed an approach called “The Toolbox Approach©”. This is taught to all staff members and used across all programs offered. Our highly trained and screened staff share Neil’s passion that each person served is able to meet their personal goals and be productive members of their community.
