Tammy Quatrano

Co-founder

Tammy began her career in sales, following in the footsteps of her family. She worked in sales and business administration throughout her years. Tammy was a beacon of light, shining bright wherever she went. She loved her jobs and kids, both biological and foster. She started working with Behavioral Management when it began, in the in-law apartment of her first home, with her husband and babies.

As a real estate agent, she juggled kids and contracts. While successfully managing both, she heard the phone ringing on the new business line. She started answering and promoting the grassroots company. While her husband, Neil, was out in the field, she fielded questions and promoted the company’s mission. Behavioral Management would not be here today if it were not for her tireless efforts. Along with the rest of the team her husband compiled, she helped create and carry out their mission. Tammy loved dragonflies, hence the new symbol to represent the agency has changed. Dragonflies are a symbol of transformation.

Tammy touched so many lives and literally transformed not only the people she knew and loved but also Behavioral Management now known as Transforming Lives.
